Press <ctrl+alt+del> and then click on the Task Manager button.
Select the Processes tab.
Look for netscp6.exe. A great trick is to single click on a process and then press the n key slowly until the netscp6.exe process is highlighted.
Once you've highlighted the process, click the End Process button (lower right). WARNING:If you kill the wrong process bad things could happen, so be very certain you've highlighted netscp6.exe. Sometimes it will simply kill the process, other times another window will pop up telling you the program isn't responding.
Click the End Now button.
Close the Task Manager.
